This site is dedicated to keeping its readers informed about everything having to do with real estate in Coconut Grove. What is for sale and what has been paid for homes and condos recently? Coconut Grove is where I have lived and worked since I was a teenager, and the focal point of this site. I can honestly assure you that nobody knows more about the Grove than me!

Because of their proximity to Coconut Grove and my length of time in the area, Coral Gables and South Miami are neighborhoods I frequent and know intimately, too. I’ll occasionally include posts about these neighborhoods, too.

The truth is that nobody can be all things to everyone, and I do at times find myself very capably working around neighborhoods  that are not what I consider my areas of expertise. I’ve been in Miami since the Beatles were still together, after all!

For  current information about any of these neighborhoods you really need to work with someone who knows the character of every street and the history of every transaction. I’ve been a successful Realtor in the neighborhood  since 1988 and have sold some houses many times over.
