A New Office Building Is Going Up In The Center Grove

 A few weeks ago the small commercial building just across the street from the Coconut Grove Fire Station was demolished. The remaining lot is at the corner of Rice Street and Oak with the address of 2900 Oak Avenue.

Arquitectonica has designed the new two-story 15,330 square foot office building with an interior open-air courtyard. Work has already begun and the anticipated completion date is June of this year.  Parking will be provided though a leasing arrangement with the Mayfair Parking Garage.
