New Year, New Look, New Focus On Coconut Grove

Welcome to my new look! 2011 brings the name of RealEstateCoconutGrove.com and it’s all about Coconut Grove. Of course!
It just feels right to narrow my focus to the neighborhood I know best and love the most. When there’s a good reason I’ll throw in a dash of something outside Coconut Grove, but I hope this will be your go-to place for Grove-centric real estate information.
You see the new look featuring a view of the bay from Peacock Park, a streamlined sidebar making navigation through the site easier, links to other professionals who can help you, and new categories from which to select what most interests you.
I’m happy to hear your ideas and comments, and I’m most interested in helping you with all your real estate needs. Call me anytime at 305 794.6570 or leave me a message.

Saying Good-Bye To Captain Jim Haas
As the sun set and a full moon rose simultaneously over Dinner Key, family and friends of Jim Haas said good-bye to him on Sunday evening. Captain Jim passed away early Saturday morning after contracting pneumonia the first week of the month.
Jim worked in our EWM office in Coconut Grove. He was our elder statesman, but the most fun-loving and young-at-heart member of the team. He was the most positive person I’ve ever known. He didn’t acknowledge the health challenges he had faced in the past, never had an unkind word to say about anyone, and found the goodness in everyone. He loved his family with such passion, and everyone was his friend whether they knew him or not.
I’ll miss my gentle, thoughtful, funny, passionate and loving buddy. The world is a bit emptier now. Smooth sailing, my friend.
