Designed by architect Max Strang for his own family, the house has almost as much open-air living space as that under air-conditioning. The generous expanses of floor to ceiling windows and doors make every square foot of the house feel connected to the outdoors.</p>

It began as a simple sailboat race from just off Coconut Grove to Elliot Key 15 miles to the south and back. It&#8217;s now a very large series of  parties and the boat race that lasts at least three days every year.</p>
<p>One of the most enjoyable things imaginable is to walk out your door, get on your boat, and cruise straight out to the ocean, whether it&#8217;s Columbus Day or not. Here are the fabulous homes for sale in Coconut Grove now that have their own docks.</p>

<p>The closed sales reflect activity within the last 90 days, which is the time appraisers use for establishing value for financing purposes. <p>I researched Coconut Grove and Coral Gables by specific criteria, waterfront and non-waterfront, or dry lots. I further broke down Coral Gables as everything north of Bird Road, and then the homes south of there.  Coconut Grove is generally known by its three areas, and the center Grove has so few single family homes that it isn&#8217;t included in this table.</p>
<p>In South Miami I show data for High Pines and the Ponce-Davis neighborhood, then the rest of the area in its own line.</p>

Listed by EWM for <strong>$3,500,000</strong>, it seems to go on forever and have everything. This is another home that was built with meticulous focus on details in a Bermuda Colonial style.
