Miami Real Estate... A World All Its Own

Your First Considerations

Finding Your Miami Home

Purchasing a home is an exciting and sometimes intimidating endeavor. A buyer must do thorough research and be clear as to his or her home purchase priorities. And, although the internet is a terrific research tool – more than 92% of homebuyers use the web to preview homes – it is no substitute for a knowledgeable local Realtor.

Choose a Neighborhood

Miami is a vibrant town of varied neighborhoods with distinct chartacteristics. Do you want to be in a family-friendly communitiy like South Miami, an historic, centrally located city like Coral Gables, or do you want the more bohemian lifestyle of Coconut Grove? Narrow down the communities that interest you to make your search mor relevant.

Decide What You Want

Are you looking for a private home, condominium, or a townhouse? Do you need a gourmet kitchen, pool, home office space, or large garden? Is this your opportunity to live by the bay? I seem to have an inborn talent for  finding the right home for my buyers. Just give me your parameters and I’ll find the right place!

Know Your Budget

You’re going to need to know the cost of owning your new home. That’s not simply the price you pay for it, but everything that goes along with owning a home. You’ll need to factor in not only the monthly mortgage, but also the cost of insurance, property taxes, initial closing costs, and maintenance – whether that is paid to a condo or homeowners’ association or charged as needed in a single family home.

Buying in Today’s Market

We are experiencing an unprecedented normalization of property values, and it is a terrific time to buy! This translates into a buyer’s market with exceptional prices to be had, coupled with the lowest interest rates in decades. Put these conditions together with the abilities of a local expert like Beth, and you have a winning combination!
