Writing a Check for Your New Home

 As the buyer you will pay for the Loan Application, Mortgage Points if necessary, Credit Report, Appraisal, Inspections, Survey, Title Insurance (Lender’s and Owner’s Policies), Title Examination and Update, Documents Preparation and Courier fees, Buyer’s Attorney fees, Documentary Stamps on the Note (loan), $250 flat-rate  commission to EWM, Escrows of Property Taxes, Insurances (windstorm, homeowner, and flood, if required), and Private Mortgage Insurance if loan is more than 80% of the purchase price.
